Henry Ford shakes up the U.S. industry by annoucing the $5 dollars a day wage and cut the work day to 8 hours. Detroit is overun with job-seekers intent on Ford Motor Company jobs, Many national business leaders decry the moves. The high wage stems worker turnover and improve productivity. Any color as long as its black policy is adopted for Model T speed up production. Seven new assembly facilities open between Massachusetts and Colorado.
