1915
In the 1915 the Model T line expands with the addition of the centerdoor sedan and the fully enclosed convertible, the "Coupelet". Styling/features changes for the year include hood louvers, a sloping cowl, electric "bullet" headlamps and the restoration of upright windshields and rounded rear fenders. Henry Ford sails on ill conceived " Peace Ship" to seek an end to World War I. "Gentlemen a million of anything is a great many" Henry Ford tells attendees at a banquet celebrating production of the one millionth Ford. Assembly of Model T's begins in nine new facilities.
