1916
The "Brass era" ends when Ford discontinues the use of the metal on its radiators and hubcaps. Prices continues to fall, a new touring cars is now priced at $440 dollars. Model T production tops 500,000 for the first time. Edsel Ford and Eleanor Clay are wed on November 1st. Henry Ford sues the Chicago Tribune for libel, the Dodge Brothes sues Henry Ford over dividend payments. The Ford family move into there new home on the banks of the rouge river, Fair Lane.
