The Lark models were again restyled. Dual headlights are made standard on all Lark-type vehicles. Lark had round taillights. Regualr deluxe models had only ruber moldings around the windsheild and rear windows. Regal models had stainless steel windsheild and rear window moldings. The new Daytona hardtop and convertible models had special wide side moldings with the name Daytona on them. All four door sedans used the long wheelbase Y body, although the Cruiser was the only one with rear door vent windows. Heavy-Duty Lark police and servere service four-door, two-door sedan and four-door station wagon models were given their own model identifications. The two door station wagon was discontinued. The new Gran Turismo Hawk had a sqaured roof line, no fins and rocker panel moldings. The six-cylinder Gran Turismo Hawk and six-cylinder Cruiser were only sold outside North America. Lark and Cruiser nameplates were on the front fenders. On Hawks, the "Hawk" name was on the deck lid and "Gran Turismo" script was on the doors.
